Agave-Dijon Compound Butter

There are two recipes attached to this. The compound butter is great for melting over meats or poultry. The Agave-Dijon Dressing is perfect for any salad.

Agave-Dijon Mustard Compound Butter

4oz- Butter
2 Tblsp- Agave-Mustard (recipe below)
1 tea- Dry Mustard
1 tea- Cayenne Pepper

1. Mix all ingredients together.

Agave-Mustard Dressing

3 ½ cups- Dijon Mustard
2 cups- Agave Nectar (amber)
½ cup- Mayonnaise
5 Tblsp- Lemon Juice
3 Tblsp- Kosher Salt

1.Mix all ingredients together.
